What is your shipping policy?
Shipping fee starts from:
PHP 120.00/kg via J&T and JRS (nationwide)
PHP 185.00/kg via LBC Express (nationwide)
International:
International buyers have the option of obtaining a shipping quote directly in their cart page. We use DHL Express for all international shipping.
BeauteMagic by Beautederm will not be responsible for any additional duties, taxes or levies imposed by your country’s customs office. Please make inquiries with your local importations body and ensure that you are completely familiar with any and all importation fees/taxes and requirements.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. All of our products are sourced direct from Beautederm Corporation. When buying from our store, you can be certain that all products are 100% authentic.
We are an official Depot Distributor of all Beautederm products we carry in our store. Being an official distributor means you will never be charged more than the SRP (Suggest Retail Price) on any of our products.
Are all your products made in the Philippines?
All of our formulations (A.K.A the actual cream, liquid or oil that makes the product) are made right here in the Philippines. Other materials for packaging or tools are sourced from local and overseas.
Do you use synthetic scents or colors?
NEVER! Every product we make is crafted within an FDA certified laboratory and 100% free of synthetic fragrances and colors, toxins, parabens, phthalates, triclosan, SLS or GMOs.
Can you notify me when a product is back in stock?
Yes! Please enter your email at the product page in the "notify me" box. You will receive an email as soon as that product is back in stock.

Is every product in Beautederm line available for resell?
Most of our products are available for resell individually. If you have any questions, please reach out and we’ll get you sorted straight away!
Do I need to sign a reseller agreement?
Yes, we do have a Reseller Agreement and this is signed as part of the process to register as a Reseller.
What are your terms of payment?
Orders are paid for in full at the time the order is placed. Once payment is verified, your products will be delivered to your shipping address.
